We are looking for high calibre graduates join our Corporate Finance Practice Group. This is a good opportunity for bright and enthusiastic candidates to develop their legal career.   The successful candidates will be closely supervised by a team of experienced lawyers and will provide legal support in the following areas:

1. assisting in the preparation and co-ordination of prospectuses
2. assisting in the preparation of corporate documents such as minutes and resolutions, notice of meetings, etc.
3. providing other liaison support

Requirements:

• University graduate from Hong Kong or commonwealth countries with a degree in law
• Native Cantonese speaker, proficiency in Putonghua
• Good English and Chinese language skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Previous relevant work experience is advantageous but not essential
