Compliance Associate – Private Banking Compliance 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in compliance advisory responsibility including client on-boarding , KYC review and monitoring under the Private Banking business;
• Support in related compliance training to Private Banking staff;
• Participate in updating compliance plan, manuals, policies and procedures in relation to Private Banking to ensure due compliance with local regulatory requirements and headquarters’ policies; and
• Handle ad hoc projects assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Degree holder in law or related disciplines;
• 3 to 4 years of solid legal and compliance experience in banking industry with AML, general compliance and compliance monitoring exposure; Must exp in Wealth Mangament /Private bank 
• Familiar with Banking Ordinance, Securities and Futures Ordinance and related regulatory requirements is a must;
• Attention to details, high initiative, independent, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Stable with high sense of responsibilities;
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
