Responsibilities:

• Conduct investment screening, financial projection and modelling, due diligence and industry research.
• Support and lead deal term negotiations and follow up investment performance and post-investment portfolio management.
• Analyze financial information relating to specific companies, e.g. company results, profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow statements to determine how an organization is positioned to deliver for investors.
• Keep abreast of the latest market developments, new investment products and all other areas that can affect the markets.
• Conduct comprehensive risk monitoring of invested project, issue periodic project risk assessment reports, propose risk control recommendation and implement the rectification measures for risk matters.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration or other related disciplines
• Candidates with CFA / CA / CPA designation, SFC licenses of type 4 and 9 or other related finance / investment qualifications an advantage.
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in corporate finance, M&A, consulting, audit or private equity firms focusing on due diligence or a principal investment platform; familiarity with PE fund formation and fund raising process as well as deal execution experience in private equity / private debt direct investment, M&A / fund formation operation.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and analytical ability, with experience in business and investment opportunities analyses.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects under significant time pressure with strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin is a must.
• Willing to travel overseas.
