Responsibilities:

• Act as Responsible Officer to supervise SFC Type 1 regulated activities
• Provide support and assistance to senior management on firm’s securities, investment and corporate finance activities
• Manage daily operations to ensure full compliance
• Implement business development and marketing plan

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Banking/Finance/Law or any related disciplines
• Sound understanding of Securities and Futures Ordinance, SFC Code of Conduct and rules
• Possess strong leadership, analytical, communication and presentation skills
• Minimum 3 years solid experience in financial industry
