Job Description

 

Requirements:

 

  • Diploma or above in business administration or related disciplines, degree in finance is highly preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevance secretarial experience with proven

 

track record in serving executives , preferably in banking and finance sector.

 

Exposure in banking, investment brokage, insurance and wealth management company, any secretarial position in financial industry is highly preferred

 

General knowledge in investment products and services

 

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Putonghua

  • Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills

  • Highly Proficiency in Window, MS Word, Excel, power point and Chinese Word Processing

  • High Language proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is a must.

  • Strong sense of responsibility Mature, independent, responsible and detail-minded.

  • Can work under pressure with flexibility and handle multi tasks in a fast speed

  • Professional mannerism and proactive working attitude

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Well organized and detail oriented

  • Be honest and trustworthy

  • Ability to maintain highly confidential information

  • Immediate available is preferred

 

  • Major Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial and all round support to senior executive and sales teams.

  • Ensure the correctness and completeness of investment and insurance related documents.

  • Prepare correspondence investment transactions reports by Ms excel  and client presentation by MS power point and words documents etc.

  • Handle confidential information, maintain good filing system to ensure safe-keeping of records, correspondences and documents.

  • Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties to ensure effective communication.

  • Undertake ad hoc projects/tasks as required.

  • Capable of managing multi-tasks and prioritize work efficiently and effectively in a fast paced environment

  • Capable to handle all enquires and correspondence independently
