- Degree in Law in HK, PRC or overseas

- 1 year+ experience in Corporate/Commercial/M&A/IPO work preferred

- experience in Financial Services/Funds/Banking matters will also be considered

- PRC Corporate work experience an added advantage

- good command of English & Mandarin (both written and spoken)

- able to read simplified Chinese preferred

- able to do translation both from English to Chinese and vice versa

- attention to detail, hardworking, willing to learn

- willing to work overtime a MUST
