Job Duties:

Ÿ   Execution of bond transaction as a syndicate

Ÿ   Provide pricing and market conditions to clients and bankers

Ÿ   Collaborate with relationship teams to identify DCM opportunities and advise clients on appropriate debt capital structures;

Ÿ   Extensive transaction experience, including Public deals and Private Placement, on syndicate desk

Job Requirements:

Ÿ   Degree holder in Finance / Business / Mathematics or related disciplines with minimum 3 years’ working experience in Capital Markets

Ÿ   Possess sound financial market knowledge, rules and regulations of capital markets for HK and PRC markets

Ÿ   Good analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills

Ÿ   Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese

Ÿ   Passes in HKSI Examinations (Qualified under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Types 1, 4 & 9) with TMA qualification is a must within the probation period

Ÿ   Candidate with less experience will also be considered
