Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate sales schedules / travel, marketing trips, client meetings and general office management for the Department
• Act as a liaison to the corporate access desk to maintain a direct contact with Institutional Investors to facilitate corporate access activities including corporate meetings, conference calls, analyst marketing
• Assist support and assistance to Institutional Equity Sales professionals for account maintenance and on-boarding
• Act as a liaison between various inter-departmental administrators
• Maintain a good relations with internal and external customers
• Performs other duties, projects and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree holder in Economic, Finance, Accounting or other related disciplines
• With 1-2 years’ experience from buy-side and/or sell-side financial institutions is preferred
• Analytical and detail-oriented with good communication skills
• Organized, multi-tasking and able to work under a fast-paced work environment or under stressful situations
• Conversant with Chinese word processing and MS Office Suite, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is essential
