You will be reporting to the Director and leading the finance teams in the region and hold responsibility for all accounting and finance operations for the Group.. Your main responsibility is to oversee the financial and management reporting for the group, in particular managing cash flow. You will be enhancing financial management procedures / internal control, take part in ad hoc projects and liaise with external parties if required. You will act as a strategic partner to the senior management team in setting business plans for future development and be active in the financial markets handling bankers and investors. In addition, you will ensure the compliance with all legal, statutory regulations, audit and tax requirements.

Job Requirements

CPA and CFA Qualified plus 10-15 years solid financial management experiences in Listed companies.
Experience in handle IPO procedure;
Be familiar with listing rules, takeovers code, worldwide accounting and taxation standards;
Have strong commercial orientation and analytical skills with high integrity and good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
Be able to understand the strong value that the company places on building relationships whether it being with staff, suppliers, customers or other key stakeholders and business partners;
Possess high level of leadership skill through a energetic, enthusiastic and lead by example approach;
Good communication and negotiation skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
Travelling from time to time maybe expected;
Degree educated, ideally with an MBA, CFA or CPA qualification.

Candidates with more experience will be considered as CFO.
