We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Collections Officer.

Principal responsibilities

• Prepare statistical reports for management review
• Assist in compiling MIS reports and performing User Acceptance Test on system enhancement and development
• Provide administrative support to debt collection operations

Requirements

• University degree in a related discipline OR other relevant qualifications
• With banking experience, preferably with exposure to credit control and debt collection operations
• Knowledge of relevant credit systems of personal finance such Credit Bureau System, Credit Decision System etc an advantage
• Strong self-motivation, with ability to work independently and under pressure
• Good interpersonal, presentation and problem solving skills
• Good knowledge of application software (Skills in SAS, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Access)
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
