Job Descriptions:

• Assist to supervise the team and provide guidance to the subordinates. Maintain an organized approach to manage daily activities; meet all deadlines; demonstrate accuracy and completeness in all tasks.
• Perform checking of import and export bills transaction under commodity / structure trade and Inter-branch Collaboration Business and monitor all tasks are proper and completed within the specified timeline.
• Review and process Bank guarantee, Standby LC, Back to Back LC (commodity / structure trade) and perform comparison of the terms and conditions.  
• Ensure all transactions are handled in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures/guidelines.
• Review and Prepare daily or monthly reports for internal purpose or regulatory requirement.
• Other Ah hoc tasks as required by Management.

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or above and holder of CDCS is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in trade finance of which 3 years are at supervisory level.
• Sound knowledge of UCP, ISBP, ISP98, URDG758 and relevant rules and regulations of local authorities.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in Commodities and Structured Trade Financing.  Knowledge in Factoring is an advantage.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
• Good PC & IT knowledge.
