Job Duties:

• IPO execution

• Conduct due diligence investigations

• Interview with company managements, suppliers and customers, confirm transactions and financial information, perform background and litigation search for relevant parties

• Assist in prospectus drafting, e.g. financial information section of prospectus

• Help with replying listing queries from SEHK and SFC

• Assist in preparing pitchbooks for deals

• Liaise and cooperate with relevant parties such as SEHK, bankers, lawyers and auditors

 Requirements:

• A degree holder in Accounting/ Law/ Finance or related subjects

• 3-4 years of experience in a Big 4 or international accounting firm would definitely be an advantage

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese(Putonghua and Cantonese) 

• Practical experience in conducting audit for listed companies

• Strong analytical skills and problem solving capabilities

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Self-motivated and a good team player
