Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients with the definition and enhancement of regulatory compliance programmes and operational improvement projects
• Oversee implementation of regulatory compliance and quality control of projects
• Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and internal account team
• Close interaction with clients through regular project updates and networking
• Support team members with other project activities
• Prepare and track project budget and financials

Requirements:

• Post-graduate degree holder
• 3 years of work experience in banking compliance and related topic
• Understanding of AML suspicious transaction monitoring, name screening or payment screening is preferre
• Experience of delivering AML compliance related system project and report is preferred
• Hands-on experience with SQL query is preferred
• Excellent spoken and written English. Fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin will be an advantage when speaking to clients in Hong Kong
• Highly analytical and structured in problem solving; able to quickly understand complex situations
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues
• Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and team leadership skills
