Responsibilities:

• Manage corporate finance transactions mainly involving IPOs and equity capital raisings
• Drive execution of corporate finance transactions
• Supervise due diligence, drafting, valuation and analysis
• Liaise with professional advisers and relevant regulatory authorities
• Help review potential new business opportunities and maintain client relationships 

Requirements:

• Degree holder, with professional qualification or MBA an advantage
• Type 6 License with a good understanding of the Listing Rules
• Must have experience in completing at least 1 IPO deal
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience; candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Manager
• Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Able to meet required deadlines and work under pressure
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
