Our client, famous banks in Hong Kong, are looking for candidates to join them as a Teller/ Counter Service Officer.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to walk-in clients in branch
• Handling general account withdrawals, transfers, and to answer customer inquiries
• Maintaining long-term relationship with the core segment customers
• Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply

Requirements:

• HKCEE or above
• At least 1 year or above work experience in Teller position
• Strong communication skill and commitment 
• Good command of spoken Cantonese and Mandarin; English is a plus 
• Qualification of IIQE is preferred
