Major Accountabilities:

• Responsible for selling Vision Care products to assigned territory
• Achieve the assigned sales budgets through implementation of the promotion and service programs
• Sales call planning and perform regular field visits with customers to achieve objectives on sales, distribution and merchandising at store level
• To report market intelligence like competitor activities, new products launch, retail price and sales related information
• Prepare sales report and sales forecast by customer level monthly
• Support actively in new product launches and enlisting activities

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business Admin or Marketing is preferred
• At least 3 years’ experience in field/FMCG sales management in MNC
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Independent and have strong negotiation skill
• Result Oriented
