Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and deliver product training programs and learning materials for all target participants
• Manage the full spectrum of training activities, including field coaching and special projects of Beauty Consultants
• Liaise with principal trainers, adapt materials and cascade training programs
• Work with relevant departments in product development / concept and new product trial
• Manage and deliver internal / external marketing, promotion and press events / workshops
• Assist in developing and managing subordinates, and conduct TTT programs to regional trainers to ensure quality & effectiveness

Requirements

• University graduate
• 6 years of working experience in cosmetic industry, with 2 years in supervisory level
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, presentable, proactive, self-motivated and responsible
• Holder of ITEC, CIBTAC certificates, and experience in salon treatment training is a plus
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Computer literacy, well-versed in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
