Responsibilities:

l   Responsible for daily inspection and report on progress of work

l   To monitor contractor’s work in accordance with submitted schedule

l   Co-ordination between client and developer

l   To attend site and safety meetings

Requirements:

l   Holder of Diploma/Higher Certificate in Building Services Engineering / Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

l   At least 5 years’ solid working experience in construction industry

l   Holder of REW  is preferred.

l   Familiar with local safety statutory and regulatory requirements

l   Proficiency in English and Cantonese

l   Valid green card

l   Immediate available
