Our client is a leading F&B group. To cope with their business expansion, they are looking for a Project Manager/ Senior Project Executive to join their team.

The Job:

• Responsible for layout & budget planning of new store opening & renovation based on corporate guideline & local market needs
• Plan, co-ordinate, manage and follow-up the store layout design and construction process from the beginning until project completion
• Oversee projects & monitor closely the working progress with possible site visits
• Collaborate with external parties (e.g. vendors / landlord) to ensure the project schedule is on time & completed up to global standard
• Co-ordinate store maintenance with operation team

The Candidate:

• Degree / High diploma holder in Quantity Surveying
• At least 4 years of relevant working experiences, preferably in retail industry/ F&B industry
  
• Knowledge in Autocad
  
• Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Mandarin and English
