Responsibilities:

• Responsible for new residential / commercial / office building development located in Hong Kong.
• Work closely with project team members and consultants during tender procurements and control the budget throughout the development process.
• Responsible for the entire project's development progress, quality and cost control.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the excution of the works, ensuring the required time, cost, quality elements and smooth handover are achieved.
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments as assigned.

 Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Project Mangement or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years or above with strong project management and onsite experience.
• Solid experience in new residential / commercial / office building is an advantage.
• Proficient with MS Office applications including Excel and Word, and Chinese Word Processing.
• Familiar with AutoCAD will be an advantage.
• Good command of English and Chinese, able to speak Mandarin.
• Candidate with less expereience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager.
