Responsibilities:

• Manage new build and retrofit energy projects in HK .
• Liaise with consultant, architect, contractors and end user.
• Delivery projects on time and within budget.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in electrical engineering, building services, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, aeronautical engineering etc.
• At least 3 years experience in building service contractor or involved in MVAC projects is preferred.
• Good common sense.
• Mature, independent, pro-active, detail and result-oriented.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese .
• Understanding of electrical, HVAC systems and principle of energy flow is an advantage.
