Job Responsibilities:

• Coordination with sub-contractors to ensure correct and timely BS installation and builder’s work for BS installation
• Coordination with architect, BS consultant, structural engineer and all inspectors on site to report and assist to solve all design conflicts.
• Preparation of CSD/CSBW
• Participate in all required formal meetings in contract and adhoc meetings for coordination

Job Requirements:

•  Degree in Building Services Eng/ Electrical Eng/ Mechanical Eng
• 5 years or above experience for building services coordination on site for main contractor
• Housing Authority's project experience preferred
