• Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
• 3-5 years of experience in contractor firm
• Experienced in tendering, budget costing, handling contractual claims, payment application and subcontractor subletting in A&A, fitting-out works
• Professional qualification is preferred but not essential
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Proficient in MS office applications
• Immediate availability is an advantage
