Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years' experience in building and fitting-out works
• Experience in preparation of subletting contracts, assessment of variations, measurement, estimating and cost control and tendering
• Good command of both written English & Chinese
• Hands-on PC skills including WORD & EXCEL
