Responsibilities

• Assist the Project In-Charge to manage for the interior design project (HK & PRC project), during design stage, tender drawing production & construction period;
• Liaise with project stakeholders including designers, clients, consultants, suppliers, contractors and others;
  
• Collect and consolidate records of related project administrative documents;
  
• Coordinate design/ construction/ project coordination meetings with project stakeholders.
  

Requirements

• Diploma or above in interior design / construction management or equivalent;
• At least 3 years solid experience in DESIGN / FITTING-OUT projects of hotels, club-houses, shopping malls & residential development etc.
• Familiar with sketches drawing & detailing, design drawing standard and tender drawing requirement;
  
• Willing to work under pressure and independently;
  
• Familiar with AutoCAD, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
  
• Good command in written and spoken English & Chinese, Mandarin is a plus;
• Occasional travels required;
  
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Coordinator;
• Immediate available is preferred.
