• HKIA registered;
• 10 years' postgraduate experience in both HK & PRC residential projects;
  
• Responsible for construction administration and detailed design of the project;
• Excellent communication skills with good command of written and spoken Chinese and English;
• Fluency in Putonghua is a must;
• Site location: Wuhan, China.
  
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Resident Architect.
