Job Responsibilities: 

• To monitor and report work progress and check the site.
• To understand construction drawings and details.
• To control and supervise overall site activities and liaise/coordinate with client's representatives, subcontractors and landlord
• To station onsite all the construction period (if needed) in order to assist the Project Manager and the project team in the office.
• To gather data relating to work progress, adequacy and effectiveness.
• To make reports and schedules.

Requirements: 

• 5+ years experience as a site management with Curtain Wall / Building / Constructionprojects in China/Asia
• Can-do and assertive attitude
• Self-starter and independent
• Good business sense in developing strategies and maintaining relationships
• Diploma or above is preferred but not essential
• T1 certification is essential
• Computer Literate (AutoCAD , Microsoft Word and Projects)
• Good command of Cantonese and basic in English. Mandarin is preferred but not essential
• Candidate maybe required to work in Hong Kong / Macau

• 5年以上建築工程監管經驗；
• 需具有建築樓宇/樓房經驗； 
• 持相關建築文憑將優先考慮。

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Site Supervisor.
