Duties:

• Plan for installation projects, including projects about subcontracting (to our installation subcontractors), material purchase estimation, material handling and site supervision
• Supervise and manage project team to execute the installation contracts Handle all contractual issues, such as VO claims to clients and contractual claims from clients
• Monitor work progress, work measurement, payment application, and manage the settlement of final accounts with clients
• Communicate and build good relationship with clients (main contractors)

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in project management and site supervision in building construction
• Have construction industry knowledge and project management experience is preferable
• Have site working experience is preferable
• Have E&M works knowledge is an avantage
• Able to handle projects independently
• Good team player with mature working attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Salary depends on experience and capability
