Job Description

Ocean Park Corporation invites applications from suitable candidates to fill the following vacancy:

(Long Term Contract)

The incumbent will be responsible for the site supervision, coordination and monitoring of project progress to completion. He/She has to review project specifications, construction drawings and technical qualifications. He/She will also assist the Construction Manager to provide cost control, work scheduling, project supervision, material requisitions and documentation. He/She has to liaise among contractors, consultants, users and any stakeholders to ensure the Project can be proceeded smoothly. He/She has to exercise the duty of TSSP on site under the provision of Building Ordinance.

Requirement

Degree Holder in Architecture discipline
With at least 8-10 years project experience as a Resident Architect is preferred
Experience in the leisure, recreation, and theme park industry is highly desirable
Possess project management, technical and design capabilities
