Job Responsibilities:

• To liaise and coordinate with maintenance department/ office of relevant clients/ employers regarding latest defects rectification works and maintenance issues
• Issue instruction to direct workers/ subcontractors to carry out defects rectification works
• Report to Maintenance Manager/ Project Manager

Job Requirement:

• Higher diploma in Building studies or above
• At least 3-4 years working experience in A&A/ maintenance projects
