Job Duties

• Independently handle interior design projects from conceptual design to detail working drawing design.
• Organize and prepare interior design presentation.
• Prepare tender drawings and documentations.
• Co-ordinate with and lead other design consultants on all design aspects including building services, lighting and specialist design.
• Perform general duties in interior project supervision, contractual administration and site co-ordination.
• In-house team leader for interior designers on project basis.

Salary/Benefit

• 30K to 45K per month with additional annual bonus

Skill Requirements

• Degree or diploma holder in Interior Design or Architecture preferred
• 8 years or more solid working experience
• Experience in handling independently medium to large scale local interior project
• Good leadership
• Good communication skill
• Knowledge on contractual aspect is an advantage
• Good command of Autocad, Photoshop and knowledge of 3D Max is an advantage
