• Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, Construction Management, or relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 4-5 years post-qualification experience, particularly in MID TO HIGH-END RETAIL PROJECTS.
• Experience of luxury retail design is highly desirable but not essential.
• Strong in concept design, architecture/interior design, documentation, project administration, handling construction drawings, design detailing, and presentation.
• Interface with clients, landlords, consultants, contractors and suppliers required.
• Must have strong organisation, time management and people skills, and be able to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Proficiency and efficiency in MS Office, Email, MS Project, AutoCAD, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin a must.  French a plus.
• Must be willing to travel.
