Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly understand product and business goals and effectively translate them into design
• Apply user research results, scenarios and use cases toward creating intuitive, functional, and visually appealing user interfaces
• Design mockups, task flows, wireframes and interactive POC demos
• Create and execute UI design patterns to ensure consistency of UI workflow and visual aesthetic
• Interface with developers to ensure successful implementation of final design
• Create creative assets for marketing and PR
• Lead and manage assigned projects with all key stakeholders to successful completion

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Fine Arts or Computer Science with concentration in Human-Computer Interaction, Multimedia Design, Computer Graphics, or closely-related field of study
• Minimum 2 years in User Experience and visual design but seniors are also welcome
• Portfolio demonstrating successful examples of conceptual designs, wireframes, prototypes, and final visual assets used in commercialized products
• Familiarity with modular design methodology and industry standard design principles, frameworks, and patterns
• Familiarity with responsive design and agile processes a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Creative, self-motivated, hard-working, and energetic
• Ability to work in self organizing environment and as part of UX team
• Open to cross-team communications and regular feedback from stakeholders
