RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and support applications running on servers / cloud service platform
• Set up, deploy and manage hosting architecture in Rackspace, AZURE or AWS
• Responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting on IT hardware, network and software
• Assist project team to provide technical support and problem diagnostic for clients
• Maintain security, backup and redundancy strategies
• Deploy and test new systems and services for clients
• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
• Perform daily system administration duties and housekeeping on IT resources
• Assist in writing documentation on system setup, operation and user training

REQUIREMENTS

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, IT, or other related disciplines
• 5 years or above experience in system administration and technical support
• Strong experience in Linux / Unix environment
• Knowledge in Windows server, VMware, MySQL, TCP/IP and network equipment
• Experience in scripting and automation
• Experience in LAMP/ LNMP environment
• Working experience in ISP/ CSP would be an advantage
• Familiar with Agile methodology is an advantage
• Able to work independently, proactive, analytical, mature and responsible
• Experience with Magento, Demandware, sales force product is a plus
• Excellent teamwork skills, hardworking, self-motived and able to work under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
