Reporting to the Assistant Sales Manager, the incumbent is to assist in the sales activities of the residential portfolio. Duties include assisting in the sales launch, managing the sales office and showflats, assisting the process of preparing legal documents, attending handover of flats and other clerical supports to the team.

Requirements:

• University degree in Marketing or business-related discipline.
• Minimum 2 year relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent Putonghua is essential.
• Good PC skills on PowerPoint, MS Word and Excel.
• Willing to work on irregular hours including weekends and public holidays.
• Holder of Estate Agent License is an added advantage.
