Our client, an international trading company is urgently looking for a Recruitment Manager (Engineering Background) to join their group.

Responsibilities

• Report to Group HR & Administration Director
• Build effective relationship with hiring managers and business leaders
• Lead the recruitment process and provide professional advises regarding market condition
• Manage the business operation to follow established standards and governance
• Align recruitment process within the region
• Deal with external vendors on recruitment, negotiate terms and conditions
• Highly involved in HR’s initiatives and projects to support the growth of operation

Requirements

• Degree in human resources management, business or related disciplines or equivalent
• At least 10 years of HR experience with strong track record in recruitment
• Experienced in sizable trading company
• Exposure to multinational environment is preferred
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Good leadership, time and project management and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills with good command in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
• Occasionally travel is required
• Engineering Background is a MUST
