Major Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the budget of the departments responsible for in order to create the highest benefits and is in line with the set budget.
• Develops methods, guidelines, and policies to facilitate efficient service delivery.
• Liaise with contractors, governmental departments and other institutes
• Maintenance / projects, T&C works
• Maintaining and seek new business opportunities
• Profit and loss management

Qualification

• Degree or above in Electronics / Electrical Engineering
• At least 8 years' experience in building technology/Building Services/HVAC/E&M
• A minimum of 3 years in management roles
• Good track record in managing a team of engineers in areas of  project  management, product and services development, services operation and maintenance of Air-conditioning
• Estimate materials costs and quantities
• Good communication, project coordination and leadership skills
• Proactive, drive to success and able to work independently and under pressure
