• Tertiary education in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering; or equivalent 
• Business level English and Chinese; Mandarin 
• 15 years or above experience in toys field, of which preferably over 7 years in managerial level 
• Experience in US and European market
• Knowledgeable in toys safety standards 
• Knowledgeable in product structure design preferably in roto and blow molding dolls and their accessories 
• Excellent knowledge in toys manufacturing processes and strong sense in costing
• Experience in operating ISO system
• Experience in toys trading company will be an advantage
• Good computer skills , interpersonal and communication skills
• Outgoing,optimistic and must be a good team player
• Responsible for leading the engineering teams in factory to develop new items
• Station in Shenzhen
