The Job:

• Assist Quality Manager in running the daily operations and to monitor the production quality, process capabilities, failure analysis, problem solving by 8D procedure, data analysis & evaluation, continuous improvement
• Lead a team of Quality Engineers, Technician, QA/QC inspectors to accomplish the set goals
• Liaisons with customers and production to develop or improve the quality of products

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering or related discipine
• Experience in high precision component / modules
• Good knowledge in quality / manufacturing management
• Familiar with 5S/FMEA/SPC/8D report writing & TS16949
• Good command in spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Positive, hardworking and strong communication skills
