Our client is a European based company, engaged in manufacturing and trading of equipment components in infrastructure industry. Due to continued expansion, they are seeking for Technical Support Engineer.

Responsibilities

• To provide technical support for customers and establish good relationship with customers and distributors
• To support the product development, and project management
• To provide technical advice to clients and provide quotations for customers
• To handle market research for new product information and new market trend
• To coordinate with other internal team, e.g. logistic, project management, R&D, etc

Requirements

• Higher diploma or above in electrical, electronics or automation engineering
• At least 3 years in customer services or technical support in industrial, manufacturing and electrical / electronics industry
• Customer oriented with good presentation skills
• Good in English and Mandarin
