Responsibilities:

• Opportunity to take a leadership role in driving a quality site management program. Lead all the site supervisors to let the project quality plan have been met.
• To ensure all site activities accordance to the schedule and all work conducted safely.
• Work with the other site teams and develop a guidelines, such as site management process & installation methods to ensure it's aligned with the company project management process.
• Represent the company to liaise with the Sub/Main Contractor, Consultants, Clients and suggest the project teams toward the cost effective works and prevent the unnecessary problems.
• Co-ordinate and rectify problems encountered onsite installation until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected. Maintain Project programs and ensure compliance to Contract Conditions.

Requirements:

• Diploma or relevant academic qualification preferred. Relevant professional qualification will be an advantage.
• Other certificates such as Safety card, Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate, Construction Workers Registration Card.
• Minimum 3 years site experience. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Independent, initiative, organized and strong interpersonal and communication skill. Good team player and willing to work under pressure.
• Basic Salary + Middle & Yearend Bonus depend on performance.
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
