Our customer is a large listed firm in Hong Kong.  This is a senior post to manage 3 teams that comprises of around 60 staff to manage its engineering facilities (includes lift, escalator, cooling system, lighting system, fire services system and AFC system) to its users. 

Job Responsible:

• Manage 3 teams of around 60 staff for engineering services.
• Engineering facilities include lift, escalator, cooling system, lighting system, fire services system and AFC system) to its users.
• Work closely with all the suppliers through effective management of maintenance and servicing contractors. 
• Being the engineer representative for management of technical relationship and performance impacts to operation with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Taking the role of Engineer’s Representative to manage maintenance outsourcing and facility management contracts for assets maintenance and services by chairing outsourcing meeting, cost controlling and contract administration
• Oversee and control the engineering maintenance budget including in-house manpower and material expenditure 

 Job Requirement:

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent and with membership of relevant professional engineering institutions.
• At least 15 years relevant working experience with a minimum of 8 years in engineering management capacity.
• Broad experience in station facilities with in-depth knowledge in managing multi-disciplined maintenance contracts.
• Good problem solving and analytical skill.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua and Chinese simplified characters) is essential.
