The candidate will be responsible to the followings:

Job Duties:

• Ÿ Perform operations and maintenance support for telecom network
• Ÿ Monitor & maintain system performance in good condition
• Ÿ Assist in trouble shooting and handle service complaints
• Ÿ Assist in system documentation and preparation of reports
• Ÿ Shift duty is required and shift allowance is provided

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Ÿ Higher Diploma in Telecommunications, Network, Information Technology, or equivalent
• Ÿ 1 year of relevant working experience in telecom industry or computer network is preferred
• Ÿ Sound knowledge in telecom, network or IT solutions, data communication, transmission and IP network
• Ÿ Strong communications, negotiation and liaison skills
• Ÿ Ability to act as a respectful team member in virtual team environment
• Ÿ Self-motivated, independent, detail-minded, able to work under pressure and strong sense of responsibility
• Ÿ Good command of both oral and written English as well as Chinese
