Main Responsibilities:

• Solid understanding of ErP testing methodologies. 
• Prepare and handle ErP directive related internal & external testing processing such as testing application, testing simulation, data recording, data reporting, data management, and lifetime monitoring.
• Co-ordinate test related matters between operation teams and quality assurance team.
• Carry out pre-checking according to ErP directive during product pre-development stage and final shipment inspection.
• Calculating ErP test data to determine product EER (Energy Efficiency Rating) & LEL (Luminaire Energy Label) for sales packaging.
• Manage and update quality records and technical information about standards, directive regulations, internal report formats.
• Maintain organized internal test data, structured test file / track list management, coordinate test data with test report.
• Regularly check / record status / reporting endurance test process.
• Fully utilize ErP test instruments / machines with clear knowledge on operation. 
• Provide frequent status updates on ErP testing status, identity, enhancements, and communicate test plans during regular internal meetings.

Personal requirements / Qualifications:

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Electrical / Electronic Engineering / Science or other related subjects.
• 2 years or above relevant experience (LED Lighting preferred).
• Knowledge on regulatory requirements, particularly EN standards and directives is advantage.
• Highly motivation and willing to learn.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Willing to work under pressure.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Putonghua.
• Able to work independently / self-organized.
• Microsoft office (as specially excel) skills is required.
