Responsibilities

• Project follow-up and management for Government and Private Sector’s in the design and installation of ELV System, including the design, drawings/equipment submission, attending BS/Design meetings, budget control, subcontractor monitor and control, master and schedule planning and implementation, payment submission, variation work and final account submission and assessment
• Leading the team members to complete the jobs on time to meet program and budget
• Project coordination for design presentation, follow up submission and approval of drawings and equipment
• Prepare and arrange on-site installation, testing and commissioning, handover and follow defect rectification with the project operation teams
• Maintain good relationship with clients, architects, E&M Consulting Engineers and main contractors
• Well keep informed of the latest market trend in ELV materials and equipment and pass the information to the project operation teams in order to keep updated with the market requirement 

 Requirements

• University graduate or equivalent in Building Services Studies
• At least seven years in similar fields at management level
• Knowledge of Cost Surveyor
• Good knowledge in IT and Extra Low Voltage System
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Independent correspondence and engineering report preparation
• Need to work at other location
