As such key responsibilities will include:

• Setting up new users' accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Resolve and answer queries on technical issues for Hardware/Software /Network /Telecommunications Systems by Phone or Email for HK and overseas teams. 
• Assist with hardware and software maintenances, upgrades and keep up-to-date with information security issues.
• Coordinate courier service
• Maintenance of equipment and ordering of other supplies
• Assist in ad hoc projects and functions

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 1-2 years’ experience in technical support service (MS Office, Mac , Exchange) will be an advantage
• Certificate or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Good in English and Chinese
• Attention to details 
• Strong problem-solving abilities 
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks 
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good Team player with Highly self-motivated , multi-task oriented
• Strong customer focus
• Immediately available is preferred
