Job Description/Requirements

• We are a young company looking for a passionate and enthusiastic chef to head up a Spanish restaurant in Wan Chai
• You will work along side and be reporting to the Exec. Chef, to help deliver the consistent high standards of food, to help train and develop the kitchen team members and to help ensure a happy, focused and productive team.
• We encourage our chefs to create specials and possible new menu items, so we are looking for someone with good enthusiasm, self motivation and a good team spirit, whilst still retaining an ability to learn.
• You will be in charge of the daily kitchen operations, so good organisational, interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
• You will help be responsible for, the hygiene and safety of the kitchen, food costs, stocktakes, roster (schedule) so a basic understanding of Microsoft is required.
• Although we are a Spanish restaurant, experience is this cuisine is not required, but we do require a minimum of 2-3 years experience as a head chef in western cuisine.
• Candidates must also be eligible to work in Hong Kong.
