Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the local markets & teams to ensure BD opportunities are looked into and plans & proposals prepared accordingly
• Provide regular updates to CEO on the potential opportunities of the business based on the strategic plan to grow the business in key markets
• Manage global business development initiatives and tender process end-to-end with working templates available for each product type (Airport lounge/Airline lounge/Dining concept/Meet & Greet/ Airport hotel)
• Oversee the development of proposals, bids, quotations and/or other documents describing organizational products and services in response to RFIs/RFPs
• Liaise and work with B2B partners to close business deals 
• Review strategic and also organic growth plans to streamline these with the company’s vision – association with Airlines/Airports to look at manage & operate lounge model globally
• Prospect for potential new clients, conduct client presentations and site visits to brief prospective clients on the company and its portfolio of products
• Review the business model and pricing solutions for the projects undertaken and present feasibility study for undertaking any new project
• Conduct market and competition analysis to identify and develop company’s USPs and differentiators

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline with a least 5 years’ experience in  management position
• Candidate with a strong background and work experience in hospitality, business development, aviation or sales sector is an advantage
• Strong business acumen and detail-going
• Energetic personality and strong presentation skills with an analytical mind
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Chinese word processing
• Excellent command of English
