Responsibilities

• Responsible for taking meeting minutes
• Responsible for data collection and data entry of daily operations
• Assist the supervisors / managers in managing the audit team for providing efficient admin supports to internal parties
• Coordinate the preparation of monthly reports and service completion records for billing etc
• Provides clerical / administration support to Quality Assurance Department
• Prepares statistical reports including data collection and analysis
• Coordinates staff activities to promote green, such as waste reduction projects, carbon reduction programs
• Liaise with telephone enquiries from internal and external parties
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks
• Perform duty as assigned.

 Requirements

• Diploma / Higher Diploma holder in Business Administration or a related discipline
• At least 3 – 4 year relevant working experience
• Sound in PC operation including MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Good analytical skills and high accuracy
• Good communication skills, self-motivated, can work independently and able to work under stress, and willing to work overtime when necessary
• Good command in both written & spoken English & Chinese
