RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Work in shift duties or stand by duties due to operational requirements
• Responsible for accurately and efficiently handling emergency requests via multiple channels (i.e. phone, email, etc.)
• Act as emergency point of contact for multi- customers and provides active travel consultation and solution towards the business customers
• Performs at an expert and demonstrates an extensive understanding and applicability of all areas in the travel industry
• Works independently and serving multi-customers and demanding customers

 REQUIREMENTS:  

• Minimum of 2 year experience in the corporate travel management industry (TC)
• Minimum of 5 year experience in the corporate travel management industry (STC)
• Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures and processes
• Strong skills on travel industry systems (i.e. GDS)
• Good verbal and written communication skills in designated languages
• Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Ability to work shift hours
• Ability to work independently, exercising general judgment
• Good professional customer service and problem resolution skills
